They Broke Him!

Last night was our first night back home after the Thanksgiving festivities at G-Ma and G-Pa T's, and Caleb was rough on ol' Mama Tigger and I. We didn't get the best sleep while there, since Tigger slept in the same room with us, and he tends to "talk" throughout the night. But, he had been sleeping through the night for a good 10 days or so (until last night...).

It started off yesterday, when we got home. He was fussy when he wasn't held (he got lots of lap time with the fam...). We don't have as great a view to occupy him (see previous post). Then, he fell asleep before his last feeding of the day, and even I couldn't get him to wake him up. So, our routine of stuffing him before bedtime to make it through the night was foiled. Like the "old" days, he was up at 3am!

We let him cry a bit, and used the pacifier to get him to 5am before feeding him (as opposed to his usual 6am).

Then, we had a freakish thing happen at around 5:30am, soon after Mama Tigger finished feeding Tigger. The shower curtain came down with a crash. Since our bathroom is between Tigger's room and ours, Mama Tigger and I flew to his room to make sure he was alright. All was well, but Mama Tigger and I need a good night's sleep!
