Trip's room

Trip's letters finally arrived (I love etsy!) so we put the finishing touches on her room. 

Tigger and Tilly had to help.

Yes, Trip is in her crib. It was bedtime and the poor thing just wanted to sleep. But we really just wanted to finish the room for her!

Tigger is 4!!

Last weekend we (belatedly) celebrated Tigger's birthday at a local water park. The weather was great though it was really windy.

Trip hung out on her beach towel....

While Tigger and Tilly checked out the cake. Tigger requested Dora on his cake. I got this great cake topper online but didn't realize it wouldn't arrive on time (I should have paid for 2 day shipping!). I improvised with a Dora decoration and all was well.

Check out the hand going for one of the balls (the little balls are supposed to be mini beach balls)

Beach vacation

We are so behind in posting so allow us to catch up a bit!

In mid-August we took a little beach vacation while Mama TT was still on maternity leave. We rented a condo in Ocean City Maryland. The kids learned about the beach and water creatures at church camp and daycare so when we finally told them we were going on a beach vacation they asked every day when we were leaving! 

Our condo was right on the beach which was good and bad. We had a great view but because the kids could easily see the beach the kids were constantly asking to go!

G-Ma and G-Pa T joined us and we all enjoyed some sun and relaxation.

Trip and Tigger enjoyed the sun streaming into our condo:

And she got to spend some time with G-Ma and G-Pa T:

Apparently the best person to bring to a beach vacation is someone who isn't very fond of the beach - G-Ma T was happy to stay in the condo with Trip so we all ventured out. We got Tigger a mini surf board and he loved it. He would stand on it and wait for the tide to come in.

The water was great and the we had lots of time to play.
