He's Growing Up So Fast

Our little Tigger is growing up so fast! Not only can he hold his head up, but he's starting to reach for toys. This morning he was playing with his Tigger toy on the bouncy seat. He's not really reaching for it, but he's figured out that swinging his arm makes the toy move.

So cute!

We've Hit Gold!

I previously blogged about trying to get Tigger to sleep through the night. Well, other than last night when he got his foot stuck between the crib rails (now that he's almost out of the SIDS risk period, I think we're going to get a crib bumper), he is sleeping through the night!

Even at 2 months old, he was sleeping 5-6 hours at a stretch. Well, by 3 months we had him sleeping 8-9 hours. He's now consistently sleeping from 9 pm to 6-7 am. Yeah!! It's like Papa Tigger and I have rejoined the human race - we can function during the day now, instead of being walking zombies.

And speaking of sleeping, here's Tigger asleep in his crib. Sometimes he's in the funniest positions!

Naked Baby Dancing

OK, so maybe Tigger isn't completely naked and he isn't really dancing, but he was dancing before I pushed record! Here's Tigger looking very cute just before his bath time:

Paris Revisited

You may recall that Papa Tigger and I visited Paris back when I was pregnant with Tigger. We picked up a souvenir for Tigger and he is now big enough to wear it! Check it out:

They Broke Him!

Last night was our first night back home after the Thanksgiving festivities at G-Ma and G-Pa T's, and Caleb was rough on ol' Mama Tigger and I. We didn't get the best sleep while there, since Tigger slept in the same room with us, and he tends to "talk" throughout the night. But, he had been sleeping through the night for a good 10 days or so (until last night...).

It started off yesterday, when we got home. He was fussy when he wasn't held (he got lots of lap time with the fam...). We don't have as great a view to occupy him (see previous post). Then, he fell asleep before his last feeding of the day, and even I couldn't get him to wake him up. So, our routine of stuffing him before bedtime to make it through the night was foiled. Like the "old" days, he was up at 3am!

We let him cry a bit, and used the pacifier to get him to 5am before feeding him (as opposed to his usual 6am).

Then, we had a freakish thing happen at around 5:30am, soon after Mama Tigger finished feeding Tigger. The shower curtain came down with a crash. Since our bathroom is between Tigger's room and ours, Mama Tigger and I flew to his room to make sure he was alright. All was well, but Mama Tigger and I need a good night's sleep!
